The host really tried to communicate well but VRBO can be a tricky app to use. We booked as a family and app got confused. Once we got it fixed it got better but I still couldn’t get the check in instructions. This home has room for 6 - not really for 9. The second bathroom is through the master so can be tricky to use. The people downstairs were nice but a bit noisy.An instruction sheet would have been helpful. We found the organization was tricky - garbage (so tiny!), kitchen, towels, extra sheets and pillows. Most things were there but spreading multiple places. We found some dirty plates and cutlery put away. When we looked around there was lots of spices and kitchen implements but no dishwasher cubes. Lighting was poor. There was no air conditioning. However, our family appreciated being together.
