AC did not work. I contacted host when I arrived and they first told me that I had the heat on, I did not, then wanted to see pictures of the unit to make sure I know how to turn on, which I sent. It was 82 degrees inside the house. We opened all the windows, including sliding door that did not have a screen (hoping mosquitos wouldn’t bite us) all night and got the house to 76 degrees, but as soon as sun came up it was 82 in the house again. I messaged owner 3 times about it. Finally, at 9pm the night before we checked out he sent a technician and discovered there was no ‘gas’ in the unit outside. Unacceptable. Several rooms had no furniture. No kitchen towels. Holes in wall in bedroom upstairs. Door hinges in bathroom falling off. Toilet downstairs does not work. Bedrooms has bed only. No dresser or drawers to put clothes. No luggage rack. Suitcase is literally on floor the whole time. So you live out of your suitcase on the floor. Kitchen table has 4 chairs only. No other chairs. Does not accommodate 8 or 11 people like advertised. Kitchen picture shows 3 bar stool type of chairs, there’s only 2. Mismatch of dishes and glasses. It is not what is advertised at all.

The host was fantastic, the place was great. The only issue was VRBO had an incorrect description on the website, but the host made it right without any issues. Communication was great. I would recommend this house to large groups. Great location as well.

The home was beautiful, warm and friendly. Conveniently located close to restaurants, groceries and activities. We loved our stay!
